Michael has had a passion for General Practice from a young age, which has guided his career journey. He completed his GP training and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017. After many years working in Brisbane, he relocated to Sydney in November 2024.
Michael is deeply passionate about equality in healthcare. He believes that every person deserves to be understood, supported, and have access to quality, non-judgemental care. His experience in primary care has given him valuable insight into areas of need within the community, and he is dedicated to creating a safe, informed, and welcoming space for all patients.
His clinical interests include preventative medicine and health screening, men’s health, mental health, and paediatrics. He enjoys the diversity of presentations in General Practice and values building strong, therapeutic relationships with his patients.
Outside of medicine, Michael is a keen traveller and is always planning his next adventure. He is a proud parent to two miniature dachshunds, and enjoys spending time at the beach, going to the gym, and improving his tennis game.
