Karra Peppler is a General Psychologist who is passionate about helping people work towards meaningful and fulfilling lives. Her approach recognises that personal growth and healing can involve understanding where we have been, where we are now and where we would like to go next. She provides a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences and work towards goals that are meaningful to them.

Karra completed a Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Tasmania. Her experience includes supporting people from rural communities and working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. Having grown up in a rural area and being a member of the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent community herself, Karra brings lived understanding of some of the challenges people may experience when accessing appropriate support.

Karra works collaboratively with clients and draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT and Gottman Couples Therapy. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, stress, trauma, relationship and attachment concerns, couples therapy, and provides support for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
